Product Description:

NHOU® BOSS WAX® is a fast-curing, heavy-duty rust inhibitor designed to provide lifetime protection for the undercarriage of new vehicles. When applied by professionals, it forms a durable, non-tacky black coating that withstands harsh environmental conditions, ensuring long-term defense against corrosion.

Application Process:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the vehicle's undercarriage is clean, dry, and free from rust. If exposed to road salt or de-icing materials, wash thoroughly and allow to dry overnight.
2. Grease Removal: Eliminate any grease using denatured alcohol and a clean cloth.
3. Protective Masking: Cover areas like glass, painted surfaces, exhaust, electrical connectors, and fan belts to prevent overspray.
4. Application: Using specialized equipment, apply BOSS WAX® evenly across all exposed surfaces, achieving full coverage with at least two passes.
5. Curing: At 70°F, the coating becomes dry to the touch in one hour and fully cures in four hours.
6. Final Treatment: After curing, apply NHOU® Clear Oil Undercoating to all cavities and moving parts to complete the protection process.

Maintenance:

Conduct inspections every 24 months to check for any breaches in the coating. Reapply BOSS WAX® as needed and refresh the NHOU® Clear Oil Undercoating in all cavities to maintain optimal protection.
